Inspired by the Mediterranean, Pampelle, the world’s first ruby red grapefruit aperitif.

Crafted on the banks of the River Charente in the Cognac region of France, Pampelle Ruby l'Apéro is an artisanal, versatile liqueur capturing the bittersweet essences of the Ruby Red Grapefruit.

An artisanal infusion of natural botanicals, the maceration of citrus peels together with grape Eau de Vie and Ruby Red Grapefruit from Corsica. The taste is fresh and reminiscent of the south of France, capturing the emotion of the Mediterranean lifestyle, whilst being underpinned with French craftmanship.

Starting with the maceration of organic red grapefruits from the French island of Corsica, the liquid is then distilled in Cognac with citrus peel and botanicals from around the world including yuzu from Japan, cedrat from France and bitter orange bigarade from Haiti.

It can be enjoyed as L’Apéro (a colloquial French term for apéritif), and used as a modifier in a wide range of cocktails such as Pampelle French Negroni, with equal parts Pampelle, gin and sweet vermouth, or Pampelle Spritz, with Prosecco and soda.
