- Likes black label, the blue label is distilled from the Trebbiano grape.
- The secrets of distilling this brandy were closely guarded by the descendants of the Medicis until they were passed on to the master distiller, the French Jean Bouton, whose family formed the first great Italian distilling company in 1820.
- Vecchia Romagna Riserva 10 years old is produced with the “Charentais” method.
