The Clément Single Cask range is extremely exclusive; each bottle is bottled from a single oak cask. This single cask matures for 5 years and 2 months in 200 litre American oak casks which is distinguished by its aromatic profil dominated by empyreumatic notes of mocha and roasted coffee.
Empyreumatic notes of mocha and roasted coffee. This soft and sweet impression is accentuated by notes of dried fruit (figs). Subtle notes of honey, vanilla and almond complete this bouquet of aromas. It is bottled without cold filtration and at cask strength.
