Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin 41.3% 700ml

Made to a recipe from 1850, this gin is distilled in batches of 5,000 bottles with each bottle being individually numbered, then subsequently rested in Scotch Whisky barrels for 3 weeks following the tradition of the Gin Palaces of that era.
Such short contact with wood really lifts the botanical flavours of enticing peppery spice.
Awarded with Gold, International Wine & Spirit Competition 2015; The gin has scooped the Silver Award in the bartenders brand Awards in 2018
