It is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made from vodka. So, unlike other gins, Williams Gin is truly single estate from field to bottle.
Organically grown cider apples are freshly pressed, fermented and distilled into apple vodka. 11 hand selected wild botanicals likes Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Liqourice, Orris, Orange and Lemon peel, Hops, Elderflower and fresh Bramley apples are then infused, before being cut with the naturally pure water taken from the aquifer that runs underneath the farms orchards.

The result is a full bodied, sharp, yet fruity gin with tears and true provenance.
