Infused with juniper buds & berries to make the driest gin possible, followed by 10 hand selected botanicals: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardomon, cloves, liquorish & lemon.
The 40% ABV expression is described as a “drier, spicier” gin designed to be drunk in a G&T or a sweet Martini.
Every bottle is hand filled & sealed with a beautiful wax coating.
Suggested serve is with tonic or cloudy apple juice, serve with a slice of apple or ginger shavings to bring out the flavour.
