Borghetti is the real espresso coffee liqueur obtained from the original recipe invented by Ugo Borghetti in 1860 to celebrate the opening of the Pescara-Ancona railway line.
Today Caffè Borghetti is still produced according to the original recipe, using a large scale moka (this machine is Branca International patent) which guarantees the integrity and flavor of the product.
Since 1860 Caffè Borghetti has been playing a leading role in the Italian coffee liqueurs market, having a 79% market share. Caffè Borghetti is an unique coffee liqueur whose taste stands out from that of competing products thanks to the use of Italian espresso coffee.
