Bowsaw American Whiskey is rooted in the heart of Kentucky whiskey-making, one of the great American traditions. The distilleries in the north of the State enjoy over 350 combined years of distilling heritage and pedigree.

Bowsaw is a straight corn whisky distilled from a mash bill of 91% corn, 5% barley & 4% rye.

Aged for a minium of 4 years in used uncharred American oak barrels.

Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky near the mighty Ohio River. Using a 21% high rye mash bill, we age in new #4 char American oak barrels for deep colour and character..
