Luxardo Maraschino is still produced according to the recipe used by Girolamo Luxardo in 1821.
One of the most important items to complete your bar. Its straw-coated bottle is a true icon in cocktail construction. Obtained from the marasca, a sour cherry variety exclusively cultivated by Luxardo. The distillate is allowed to mature for two years in Finnish ash wood vats (this wood does not lend its color even after many years of maturing).
