Estate grown agave similar to Cuishe and Cirial. Distilled by Basilio Pacheco in La Noria, Ejutla, Oaxaca.
An unaged mezcal from Ejutla in Oaxaca, made solely from the Sanmartin agave. This has salty, earthy aromas and flavours of figs, hay, wet leaves and cocoa beans, with hints of mint and tropical fruit appearing in the finish.
Mezcal Marca Negra (black mark) is named after the mark of hand print) left by the Maestro.
